The two building projects will set a precedent for future urban developments by demonstrating how sustainable strategies and urban gestures can strongly contribute to identity, landmark effects, well-being, and the working environment of the future. Both buildings are constructed using local bio-based materials and building techniques, such as bamboo, rammed earth, and limestone. The design of the Sales and Cultural Center is a contemporary and holistic example of how challenges can often lead to innovative solutions. This is especially evident in the Cultural Center, where the challenging topography has required an architectural solution tailored to the site. The project consists of a series of studies that illustrate how architecture and landscape can develop harmoniously together, achieving a balanced relationship between the city and nature.

The Sales Center is located at the highest point of the project site, revealing itself as a landmark visible from the highway below. At night, it lights up like a lantern. The design offers a holistic, human-centered, and sustainable solution to the integration of city, architecture, and nature. It directly addresses how we can develop areas where green mountains and clear waters are considered as valuable as gold and silver mountains.
